What we correct

Turnaround

• Factual errors: 72 hours.
• FDA / regulatory errors (YMYL-critical): 24 hours.
• Clinical-evidence corrections: reviewed by our clinical reviewer before publication; target ≤ 5 business days.

Disclosure

Material corrections are disclosed with a visible note at the top of the affected page stating what was changed and when. Minor typos do not require disclosure.
